OUR CLASSES  
YOGA WITH ROSE ERNST

Rose is a certified yoga teacher. She teaches Hatha-based classes including slow flow, vinyasa and restorative yoga. She is currently training under an Iyengar master yoga teacher for her next certification.
Prior to her current position, Rose taught Introduction to Yoga and Vinyasa classes at a local Bloomington studio, as well as teaching Seniors Yoga at a Minnetonka-based senior care facility. She volunteers for the Girl Scouts program on a regular basis to help girls earn their yoga badge and has recently begun teaching at a Bloomington Middle School Introduction to Yoga class.

Rose also teaches private classes, focused on injury management. She is a former marathoner with an injury which she successfully resolved with yoga. Her inspiration comes from Cheryl Bircher Bender and Gary Krafstow, as well as her current yoga guru, whose training is in the Iyengar style of yoga coupled with a degree in Kinesiology.

Rose is certified by the Yoga Alliance as an RYT200 teacher and is currently studying for her 500RYT certification.

TAI CHI WITH RON ERDMAN-LUNTZ

Ron Erdman-Luntz began the study of yoga and meditation in 1976.  He was introduced to the art of tai chi in 1980 and it was at that time decided to make the study of tai chi a life-long practice. Not only is he a gifted teacher, he is a talented artist, having won numerous awards for his Tai Chi abilities.  He has taught thousands of students in over twenty-five years.  Ron's classes are informative, inspiring, and fun.

Experienced Tai Chi Educator/ Tai Chi Studio Owner:
- Thirty years tai chi and chi kung (qigong) experience and over twenty-five years teaching
- Tai Chi Studio owner and director for seven years
- Taught hundreds of classes at universities, hospitals, major corporations, government, and in the community
- Professional speaker on tai chi and related topics
- Tai Chi Judge at national and regional tournaments
- Competed in seventeen Tai Chi Tournaments, received 36 awards:
- 17 First Place, 9 Second Place, and 7 Third Place
